1: Cancellation Policy For Non-Private Lunch/Dinner Experience Packages.
- Less than 24 hours before an experience time: Cancellation with NO amount Refund.
- Before 24 hours to 2 days from the experience date: Cancellation with a 50% amount Refund.
- Between 2 to 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 70% amount Refund.
- 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 90% amount Refund.

- No Cancellation: We regret to inform you that cancellations are not possible for these private bookings.
- No Rescheduling: Additionally, please be aware that there is no possibility of rescheduling these private events once booked. The chosen date and time are final.

In case you have booked for air dining such as Poolside dinner, Cabana Dinner, or any other open-air dining experience and the weather is not favorable then the arrangement will be shifted to the restaurant area of the hotel/restaurant, however, the cancellation of the experience will not be done & it will be ensured that you have a wonderful experience.
