Cancellation Policy-

If cancellations are made-

  • In Less than 24 hours before an experience time: Cancellation with NO amount Refund
  • 24 hours to 2 days before an experience time: Cancellation with 50% amount Refund
  • 2 days to 4 days before an experience: Cancellation with 70% amount Refund
  • 4 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 90% amount Refund 
Rescheduling-

Note- Less than 24 hours before an experience time: No Rescheduling Possible.

No Cancellation of bookings possible on special occasions like Valentine’s week, Diwali, 25th December, 31st December, 1st January

In case of Bad weather conditions, government restrictions like curfew, strike, and any certain activities like electricity fault in the venue, etc. we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund/cancellation will be done for the same.

Other Info-

To officially cancel or reschedule write to us support@loviesta.com email saying “I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to a certain date with your order id or with the details of your booking”.

Refund Process-

Amount Refund takes place 7-10 working days as it is a bank procedure and will be reflected into the same account.

 Complaint – 

To register your complaint after the execution of any booking it is mandatory for the client to share his concern on our email id i.e. support@loviesta.com between 24hrs of booking execution along with Order Id & consent. If failing to provide the same in the mentioned timeline then Loviesta will close the booking as “Satisfied client” & post the mentioned timeline i.e. 24hrs no such consent/complaint will be entertained by Loviesta.com
