Is there any warranty on Electronic items that have been used in gift items such as fairy lights, bulbs, etc?
We want to inform you that electronic items such as fairy lights, bulbs, etc that are used in the products are made by the local vendors, and a warranty on such items isn’t given. For a long-lasting performance of such items, we suggest you not engage in any kind of re-installation of such items from your end inside the item and use them as required, turn them on/off properly. Voltage up & down in your home can play a major role in affecting electronic items.
Dear Sir/Ma’am Gift products can be delivered by Loviesta in Pan India i.e. in any city or place. While placing the booking you will have to share your address details & accordingly our team will get the item delivered at your place of choice. Therefore you are requested to speak to our team before placing the booking so that they can help you with the same.
In such cases kindly make an opening video of the product & share with the sales person you were in touch with & after looking into the matter we will confirm the same via email & will request you to courier the received product on our address and we will exchange the product accordingly, However if request for refund will be made then that will not be accepted.
Delivery will depend on the product making time i.e. If a product takes 7-8 days of making time then on the 9th day it will be sent for the delivery & in between 4-5 days you’ll receive the delivery. You’ll receive a tracking id once the product is out for delivery.
Can I reschedule the time of order execution on same day or can I directly contact to the Vendor/Hotels and Restaurants for the same?
Rescheduling isn’t possible on same day of event and even calling the Vendor/Hotels/Restaurants for the same will not be helpful. To reschedule your booking to any other date it is mandatory to contact us 2 days prior to your date of event & for that you will have to mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Order Id & reason for rescheduling and new date & time for executing the booking will have to be mentioned accordingly. Possibility & confirmation will be sent to you on your registered email id by our team within 2hrs of receiving your request during our working hours i.e. 9:00 Am to 9:00 Pm.

I booked for cake & bouquet and I want both of them to be delivered at different locations so is it possible?
Yes it is possible but you will have to pay the delivery charges for the product you want to be delivered at different address separately as in the combo package that you may book the charges are included for delivery at one place only.

Yes you can choose the flavor of the cake as per the choices we have given in the customize package option. However design can vary as the vendor keeps on changing the design of the cake so it is subject to the availability. At Max the Guitarist / Photographer can wait for 20 Min from your selected time of performance.
Guitarist in a performance can sing up to 4-5 songs as per the duration set of 20 minutes as per your preference.

Yes you can give your material for decoration as well at the time of decoration. Also you’ll have to inform the company one day prior to your event date so that same can be communicated to decorator as well & also there will extra charges too for decorating extra stuff that you will give from your side and as per the stuff extra charges will vary.
We advise you to take down the balloons immediately after your event is over as keeping them for longer time can result in marks on wall and also pull of the tape very carefully. While peeling the tape, if any residue remains, gently wipe it with the warm water, soapy water with soft cloth.

On general terms only 1 person comes for the decoration but no. can be increased according to the quantity of stuff that will be booked by you while placing the booking.
What will I do if I face any problem in getting in touch with the decorator or have some trouble in coordinating with him or in case of any misbehavior from decorator’s side?

Will you be able to decorate a hotel room or any outer space such as Terrace, Rooftops and Open area?
Yes we can decorate the hotel room but you need to take permissions from Hotel / Restaurant staff to get the same done as they won’t allow you getting the decoration done without their confirmation regarding the same
Yes you can choose the balloon color of your choice as we have all the basic balloon colors available with us, In case if you require any different color combination in balloon then kindly contact on our customer care no to get the confirmation regarding the same. At the time of booking in “Customize this package” option you can select any 2 color of your choice in balloon, In case you need Multi Color Balloon then on both selection box choose Multi-Color.
The time that will be selected by you while placing the booking will be your work-ready time. Suppose you select 4:00 Pm as your work ready time, Therefore between 2-3 pm decorator will reach and by 4 pm you’ll get the setup ready.
