Book Your Slot
- Booking Process: To book, clients need to use the “Book Your Slot” form located beneath the package inclusions.
- Contact Information: Clients will receive the contact details of the designated hotel staff person either one day before the event or on the event date by noon via SMS or WhatsApp.
- Payment Policy: Due to limited slot availability, complete payment is required to secure the reservation, facilitating advance arrangements and guaranteeing zero waiting time at the venue
- Confirmation and Invoice: A booking confirmation, inclusive of an invoice, will be shared via email on the client’s registered email ID.
- Children’s Accommodation: Children below 5 years can be accommodated at no extra cost. For children above 5 years, additional charges apply. To confirm, clients are advised to consult with the event advisor here.
- Food Ordering: The food menu will be provided at the venue for clients to place their orders.

Cancellation Policy For Experiences & Surprises Booked For Valentine’s week, Karwa-Chauth, Diwali, 25th December, 31st December & 1st January.
Experiences (Dinners & Stay) And Surprises (Decoration, Cakes, Artists) options on special days are very much customized & very limited bookings are taken for such options due to high demand and inclusions offered are different in comparison to the options available for normal days and that’s why the experience through such options can be availed as per the occasion they are available for. Thus cancellation, refund, or rescheduling requests aren’t acceptable for such options.
