    Yes you can give your material for decoration as well at the time of decoration. Also you’ll have to inform the company one day prior to your event date so that same can be communicated to decorator as well & also there will extra charges too for decorating extra stuff that you will give from your side and as per the stuff extra charges will vary.

    We advise you to take down the balloons immediately after your event is over as keeping them for longer time can result in marks on wall and also pull of the tape very carefully. While peeling the tape, if any residue remains, gently wipe it with the warm water, soapy water with soft cloth.

    No, we will not take back the stuff that you’ll take in a decoration package unless “On Rent” is not mentioned in any of the package.

    On general terms only 1 person comes for the decoration but no. can be increased according to the quantity of stuff that will be booked by you while placing the booking.

    : In any of the cases mentioned above we request you to kindly call our operations team or our sales associate you were in touch with or customer care no immediately to get the issue rectified at the earliest.

    Yes we can decorate the hotel room but you need to take permissions from Hotel / Restaurant staff to get the same done as they won’t allow you getting the decoration done without their confirmation regarding the same

    Yes you can choose the balloon color of your choice as we have all the basic balloon colors available with us, In case if you require any different color combination in balloon then kindly contact on our customer care no to get the confirmation regarding the same. At the time of booking in “Customize this package” option you can select any 2 color of your choice in balloon, In case you need Multi Color Balloon then on both selection box choose Multi-Color.

    The time that will be selected by you while placing the booking will be your work-ready time. Suppose you select 4:00 Pm as your work ready time, Therefore between 2-3 pm decorator will reach and by 4 pm you’ll get the setup ready.

    Rescheduling isn’t possible on same day of event and even calling the Vendor/Hotels/Restaurants for the same will not be helpful. To reschedule your booking to any other date it is mandatory to contact us 2 days prior to your date of event & for that you will have to mail us on [email protected] along with your Order Id & reason for rescheduling and new date & time for executing the booking will have to be mentioned accordingly. Possibility & confirmation will be sent to you on your registered email id by our team within 2hrs of receiving your request during our working hours i.e. 9:00 Am to 9:00 Pm.

    A: Cancellation Policies:-

    1: Cancellation Policy For Decoration/Dinner Experience Packages.
    • Less than 24 hours before an experience time: Cancellation with NO amount Refund.
    • Before 24 hours to 2 days from the experience date: Cancellation with a 50% amount Refund.
    • Between 2 to 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 70% amount Refund.
    • 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 90% amount Refund.
    2: Cancellation Policy For Romantic Stay/Private Dinner, Lunch Packages.
    • Due to the slot being private & having the availability of 1 booking at a time, it will be booked as per the confirmation received from the respected client. The booked experience cannot be scheduled for any other date of the event & also the cancellation request after the booking confirmation is not acceptable because the slot when reserved will not be available for other clients planning to book. Therefore before placing the booking it is advised to check your availability as well for the event date as per the preferred timings.
    3: Cancellation Policy For Artist Experience Packages (Guitarist, Photographer, Game Co-ordinator, Magician, Tattoo Artist)
    • Less than 24 hours before an experience time: Cancellation with NO amount Refund.
    • Before 24 hours to 2 days from the experience date: Cancellation with a 50% amount Refund.
    • Between 2 to 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 70% amount Refund.
    • 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 90% amount Refund.
    4: Cancellation Policy For Premium Cakes/Flower Bouquets/Gifts (Not Handmade).
    • Less than 24 hours before delivery time: Cancellation with NO amount Refund.
    • Before 24 hours to 2 days from the delivery date: Cancellation with a 50% amount Refund.
    • Between 2 to 4 days before the delivery date: Cancellation with a 70% amount Refund.
    • 4 days before the delivery date: Cancellation with a 90% amount Refund.
    5: Cancellation Policy For Experiences & Surprises Booked For Valentine’s week, Karwa-Chauth, Diwali, 25th December, 31st December & 1st January.
    • Experiences (Dinners & Stay) And Surprises (Decoration, Cakes, Artists) options on special days are very much customized & very limited bookings are taken for such options due to high demand, and inclusions offered are different in comparison to the options available for normal days and that’s why the experience through such options can be availed as per the occasion they are available for. Thus cancellation, refund, or rescheduling request isn’t acceptable for such options.
    Note: In case of Bad weather conditions, government restrictions such as curfew, strikes, or any certain unplanned issues like electricity fault in the venue, flat tire of conveyance vehicle, etc. we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible experience/surprise package, However, No refund/cancellation will be done for the same.

    B: Rescheduling:-

    Rescheduling requests for surprise packages will be accepted as stated below:

    • For Decoration/Guitarist/ Premium Cake Surprises: It is mandatory to request rescheduling at least 24hrs before the event date by sending an email to [email protected]
    • For Casual Dinner Surprises: It is mandatory to request rescheduling at least 24hrs before the event date by sending an email to [email protected].
    • For Romantic Stay/Private Dinner & Lunch Experiences, the request for rescheduling will not be accepted as stated in section A.1.2.
    • Rescheduling is not possible if requested less than 24 hours before an experience time:
    • Rescheduling is not possible for the surprise/experience packages booked for special occasions such as Karwa-Chauth, Valentine’s week, Diwali, 25th December, 31st December & 1st January.
    Note: As stated above you can raise a request to reschedule your experience booking but after receiving your request our concerned team will check for the possibility & accordingly our team will contact you back to share the availability of the option as per the new date & time of execution requested by you.

    To officially cancel or reschedule your order write to us [email protected] email saying “I wish to cancel my booking, please initiate the cancellation process (Mention your order id in the subject) or Kindly reschedule my booking to a certain date & time with the details of your booking”.

    C: Refund Process:-

    • It takes 7-10 working days on average for the amount to get transferred to your bank account, Also depends upon the payment method used during placing the order.

If planning to book for any other date then please proceed without confirming.

Now that you have checked the availability with our support team, please proceed further to select the date of the event & ready time of decoration as stated by our event advisor for same-day booking  (Note – The time that you see after selecting the date is ready by time i.e if you select 5:00 Pm then our decorator will reach anytime in between 3 Pm – 4 Pm & will give you the decoration ready by 5:00 Pm and it works in the same manner for all the other available time slots).
    4. Once you select the date & time, a pop-up will appear to choose balloon colors as needed by you & other relevant items, On this pop-up, you’ll see additional add-ons that can be taken along with the decoration package. (Note – If booking for today/tonight/early morning, do check the availability for add-ons by connecting with our customer support).
    5. After adding add-ons in the required quantity click on the close button, If you have taken hanging pictures add-on then share pictures on our Email-Id [email protected] or share on WhatsApp chat support along with your order number for printing purposes.
    6. Now click on book now button to proceed to your cart, here you can cross-check the package description & add-on details along with the final payable price of the package, once verified click on proceed to the checkout page.
    7. As you proceed further, Here you’ll be asked to fill up the details required by us such as name, mobile no, address & email id.
    8. Kindly use the order notes section to convey any important detail to Loviesta such as ” I’ll not be available at the location on the date of the event but my brother will be there, here is his contact number ************* ” or “the decoration will be done in a hotel room, therefore, don’t stick anything on wall or ceiling”. Information as such will help us in providing hassle-free service.
    9. You’ll now have to make the payment to get your booking confirmed with Loviesta.com. Complete payment will be taken in advance through our secure payment channel to further get the slot reserved for your event date & time, align the decorator & make all the necessary arrangements.
