Package Includes:
- 200 Air-filled Metallic balloons(40-50 Balloons stick to the ceiling using removable tapes, the rest will be used in balloon pillars).

Need to know :
- Around 40 to 50 balloons with ribbon stuck stick to the ceiling only and the rest are placed in the form of bunches or loose on the floor as per your choice.
- Please arrange a ladder or stool for the decorations.
- These are not helium balloons.
- For same-day bookings kindly call on our customer care to confirm the possibility.
- Please remove the balloons after the event is over as keeping them for a longer duration might result in marks.
- A surcharge may apply for bookings before 12 pm (i.e. Rs 200).
- Bookings: To book the package use the “BOOK YOUR SLOT” form available below package inclusions.
- Arrival and Timing: The decorator arrives one hour before the selected time.
- Room Provision: Rooms are not included in the decoration packages.
- Communication: The decorator contacts the client on the event date after booking on the website.
- Booking Confirmation and Invoice: An email confirmation, along with an invoice detailing the purchase, will be sent to the client’s registered email ID for their records.
Cancellation Policy:
- Less than 24 hours before an experience time: Cancellation with NO amount Refund.
- Before 24 hours to 2 days from the experience date: Cancellation with a 50% amount Refund.
- Between 2 to 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 70% amount Refund.
- 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 90% amount Refund.

- Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is made for a private dinner or lunch surprise, it occupies a unique slot that is not available to other clients.
- No Cancellation: We regret to inform you that cancellations are not possible for these private bookings.
- No Rescheduling: Additionally, please be aware that there is no possibility of rescheduling these private events once booked. The chosen date and time are final.
- Confirmation of Availability: We kindly request that you confirm your availability for the event date and slot time before making a reservation.

Yes, while booking the package you’ll get the option to choose the balloon colors of your choice. You can choose a combination of two colors or multicolor. In case of the addition of any extra color, you can contact us after booking the package as well.
Yes, you can give your material for decoration as well at the time of decoration. Also, you’ll have to inform the company one day prior to your event date so that the same can be communicated to the decorator as well & there will be some charges too for decorating extra stuff that you will give from your side, and as per the material quantity extra charges will vary.
The time that you will select while making the booking will be your work-ready time. Suppose you select 4:00 P.m. as your work ready time, Therefore between 2-3 pm, the decorator will arrive, and by 4 pm you’ll get the setup ready.
Q: Is it possible to decorate a hotel room?
Yes, we can decorate any hotel room, but you need to take permission from Hotel / Restaurant staff to get the same done as they won’t allow you to get the decoration done without their confirmation.
After making the booking, you’ll receive the confirmation in your Email-Id. Our decorator will then contact you on your occasion date before arriving at your place. After making your booking you can connect with our support team to get an update on decorator details.
In case you have opted for a car boot decoration or have added 24 hanging pictures add on in your package, You can then share the required no of pictures in soft copy on our E-mail ID [email protected] Or WhatsApp chat support along with your order number.
Generally, 1 decorator will come to your address to get the decoration done, In case the material in the decoration is more then the number of decorators can be increased to 2.
We advise you to take down the balloons immediately after your event is over as keeping them for a longer time can result in marks on the wall & also pull off the tape very carefully. While peeling the tape, if any residue remains, gently wipe it with warm water or soapy water with a soft cloth.
No, we don’t provide Gas/helium balloons due to safety concerns.
As described in the package inclusions we are going to assist you in getting the setup ready.
The decoration material mentioned under package inclusions will be provided to you and you can keep it after the event unless “Rented/On Rent” is not stated in front of the item, If it is mentioned then that particular item is rented and will be taken back after the event is over i.e. Next Day.
For rescheduling Decoration Surprises It is mandatory to request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the event date by sending an email to [email protected].
