Whom should I contact in case of any problem that I face at the venue?

You can contact the Hotel Manager/ Person in charge in case you face any problem in the venue regarding the services & can also contact our operations team at the earliest.

How will I contact the Hotel staff?

After receiving your booking we will share the confirmation with you over the email. Details of your booking will be shared with your selected venue.
You will get the contact details of Hotel Manager / Person in charge on the date of event via SMS & same will be communicated via WhatsApp as well. After getting the no of respected person you can call him/her to discuss about the arrangements if necessary & Coordinate with him accordingly.

Can I pay cash or make half payment or pay small advance amount for getting my booking confirmed?

For any booking to get confirmed you’ll have to make the full payment in advance & that will be done through the website only or through the open link that will be shared by our sales executive.

Cash on delivery policy isn’t available.

Half Amount / Small advance amount will not get your booking confirmed as for every package to be booked full amount is taken in advance & post that you get the confirmation on your email id. After taking the amount as per your event date & time selected by you we lock that slot for you only making it unavailable for next client so. According to the package you’ll book all the necessary arrangements will be done & it will enable us to give you hassle free experience on your date of event.

What documents do I need to carry for opting your services?

Company don’t require any documents, but it’s mandatory that you carry an identity card to show valid proof of your identity while you are attending the venue such as Hotel, Restaurants, Stay Options etc.

If cancellations are made-

Less than 24 hours before an experience: Cancellation with NO amount Refund
24 hours to 2 days before an experience: Cancellation with 50% amount Refund
2 days to 4 days before an experience: Cancellation with 70% amount Refund
4 days or more before an experience: Cancellation with 90% amount Refund

Rescheduling :-

Note- Less than 24 hours before an experience: No Rescheduling possible.

No Cancellation of bookings possible on special occasions like Valentine’s Day week, Diwali, 25^thDecember, 31^st December, 1^st January

In case of weather conditions, government restrictions like curfew, strike and any certain activities like electricity fault in venue, etc. then in such cases we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund/cancellation will be done for the same.

Other Info-

To officially cancel or reschedule write to us support@loviesta.com email saying “I wish to cancel my experience, please initiate the cancellation process with your order id or Kindly reschedule my booking to certain date with your order id or with your bookings details”.

Refund Process-

Amount Refund takes place 7-10 working days as it is a bank procedure and will be reflected into same account of yours.
