Need to know:
- Free Delivery will be done between 12:00 pm to 8:00 Pm.
- Flowers may be delivered in a fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage.
- The delivery address can’t be rescheduled as flowers are perishable in nature.
- For same-day bookings kindly contact our customer care to confirm the possibility.
- For Delivery, Before 12:00 Pm & after 8:00 Pm the extra charges of Rs 300/- will be applicable.
- When your flowers arrive, just trim the stems and add water. Re-cut 1-2” of the stems at a 45-degree angle.
- Use a clean vase and clean water.
- Remove the leaves below the water line but do not remove all leaves along the stem length.
- Check the water level daily and replenish it as needed.
- Don’t place flowers in direct sunlight or near any other source of excessive heat.
- All flowers benefit from a daily mist of water.

I booked for cake & bouquet and I want both of them to be delivered at different locations so is it possible?
Yes it is possible but you will have to pay the delivery charges for the product you want to be delivered at different address separately as in the combo package that you may book the charges are included for delivery at one place only.
To maintain the service quality we have appointed premium vendors for cake in the entire city. So we assure you of the taste & quality that it will be good & you will really enjoy the flavors.
Yes you can choose the flavor of the cake as per the choices we have given in the customize package option. However design can vary as the vendor keeps on changing the design of the cake so it is subject to the availability. For any particular design preference you can contact our customer care to check the possibility.
A: Cancellation Policy:-
1: Cancellation Policy For Premium Cakes/Flower Bouquet/Gifts (Not Handmade).
- Less than 24 hours before delivery time: Cancellation with NO amount Refund.
- Before 24 hours to 2 days from the delivery date: Cancellation with 50% amount Refund.
- Between 2 to 4 days before the delivery date: Cancellation with 70% amount Refund.
- 4 days before the delivery date: Cancellation with 90% amount Refund.
2: Cancellation Policy For Handmade Customized Gifts/Designer Cakes/Theme-Oriented Cakes.
- Cancellations are possible within 2 days of placing the order with a 90% Refund and 10% cancellation charges. Post 2 days of placing the order any request for cancellation will not be accepted, if you cancel the order then it will be a cancellation with a 0% refund. For designer cakes & handmade customized gifts, the orders are accepted after proper confirmation from our client & after receiving the order all the arrangements, and customization requested goes straight to our vendor, Thus making it impossible for us to get the order canceled post the given timeline. Therefore request you to confirm your booking after proper consideration.
- For Premium Cakes/Gifts (Not Handmade): You can submit your request for rescheduling at least 24hrs before the event date via sending an email to [email protected]
- For Customized Handmade Gifts & Designer Cakes you can submit your request for rescheduling at least 5 days before the delivery date via sending an email to [email protected]
Note: As stated above you can raise a request to reschedule your experience booking but after receiving your request our concerned team will check for the possibility & accordingly our team will contact you back to share the availability of the option as per the new date & time requested by you.
- It takes 7-10 working days on average for the amount to get transferred to your bank account, Also depends upon the payment method used during placing the order.
Inclusions in the packages are fixed along with their attributes. However, the Design of each product is variable as it is subject to the availability of the vendor. Such as the design of the cake, bouquet, and Color of the teddy.
