In case you have booked for Open air dinings such as Poolside dinner, Cabana Dinner, or any other open-air dining experience and the weather is not favorable then the arrangement will be shifted to the restaurant area of the hotel/restaurant, however, the cancellation of the experience will not be done & it will be ensured that you have a wonderful experience.

- Before 24 hours to 2 days from the experience date: Cancellation with a 50% amount Refund.
- Between 2 to 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 70% amount Refund.
- 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 90% amount Refund.

- The cancellation request for private dinners/lunches isn’t accepted as the packages are based on valid confirmation and cannot be canceled/rescheduled for any other date. Clients are advised to check availability and event timings before booking to avoid disappointment.
