1: Cancellation Policy For Non-Private Lunch/Dinner Experience Packages.

Less than 24 hours before an experience time: Cancellation with NO amount Refund.
Before 24 hours to 2 days from the experience date: Cancellation with a 50% amount Refund.
Between 2 to 4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 70% amount Refund.
4 days before the experience date: Cancellation with a 90% amount Refund.

2: Cancellation Policy for Private Dinner/Lunch Surprises.

Please note that due to the limited availability of slots, we operate on a strict cancellation policy.

Booking Confirmation: Once a booking is made for a private dinner or lunch surprise, it occupies a unique slot that is not available to other clients.
No Cancellation: We regret to inform you that cancellations are not possible for these private bookings.
No Rescheduling: Additionally, please be aware that there is no possibility of rescheduling these private events once booked. The chosen date and time are final.
Confirmation of Availability: We kindly request that you confirm your availability for the event date and slot time before making a reservation.
