2: Cancellation Policy For Handmade Customized Gifts/Designer Cakes/Theme-Oriented Cakes/Customized Bouquet.
- Cancellations are possible within 2 days of placing the order with a 90% Refund and 10% cancellation charges. Post 2 days of placing the order any request for cancellation will not be accepted, if you cancel the order then it will be a cancellation with a 0% refund. For designer cakes & handmade customized gifts, the orders are accepted after proper confirmation from our client & after receiving the order all the arrangements, and customization requests go straight to our vendor, Thus making it impossible for us to get the order canceled post the given timeline. Therefore request you to confirm your booking after proper consideration.
